GM PREFERRED OWNER PROGRAM CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Gage Chevrolet, Gage Motor Mall is proud to offer our new Preferred Owner Program Card
With every dollar you spend in our service, parts, or body shop department we will apply 5% of your total bill (less taxes and miscellaneous expenses) to your Preferred Owner Program Card in the form of award dollars. You can use your award dollars to purchase any goods and services at Gage Chevrolet, Inc., Gage Motor Mall (the “Dealer”). This is NO COST to you, simply swipe your Preferred Owner Program Card at our cashier when you pick up your vehicle, and we will take care of the rest. Come in on your next visit and ask our service advisors or sales associates to sign you up for the POP card plan. (Must be present to sign up for this program)
Program Rules:
Upon receipt of the Preferred Owner Program Card / key tags (the “Card”), member agrees to be bound by these program rules, terms and conditions.
Earn 5% towards total customer pay service, parts, and body shop (less taxes and miscellaneous expenses) purchases.
Your Preferred Owner Program Card membership can be used for any vehicle in your household.
Reward dollars will only be credited at the time of the transaction and member must present the Preferred Owner Program Card at this time.
Any items purchased with the Preferred Owner Program Card cannot be returned for cash. All qualified returned items’ value will be deducted from the Preferred Owner Program Card.
Award dollars can be used in conjunction with other qualified specials and coupons.
Cards will expire two (2) years from date originally issued.
A $200.00 dollar maximum redemption amount per service transaction.
Customers eligible for GMS / Supplier purchase programs are NOT eligible to redeem sales rewards; however they may utilize the qualified service rewards credits.
Employees of Gage Chevrolet / Gage Motor Mall are not eligible.
Participation in the Preferred Owner Program Card is offered at the sole discretion of the Dealership and may be terminated at any time without prior notice.
Member’s balance can be checked online at www.preferredowner.com
Service / Sales rewards are earned on customer pay service, parts, and body shop repairs. Factory warranty or extended service contracts, insurance claims, or deductible charges of any type are not eligible to earn reward credits.
Gage Chevrolet / Gage Motor Mall reserves the right to modify, alter, suspend or discontinue the program at any time.
By participating in the Preferred Owner Program, each Owner accepts all responsibility for, and hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Dealer, General Motors and their affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, and successors and assigns (Released Parties), from and against any claims that may arise from actions taken by such party or for any unauthorized access to Owner’s account from a third party.
